Package One

Initial consultation and personalized program (60-90 minutes)

Package Two

Initial consultation, personalized program + 2 -30 min follow up visits

Package Three

Initial consultation, personalized program + 4 -30 min follow up visits

Follow Up

Additional 30 minute follow up visits

Skype and Telephone sessions are available.

 

We do not accept insurance at this time but will provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your individual plan. Nutrition counseling is considered an eligible expense that can be applied towards flexible pre-tax healthcare spending accounts.

 

Cancellation Policy: If sessions are not cancelled 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 100% of the visit. Exceptions may be made in case of emergency.

Our Dietitians

 

Deborah Tagliareni, MS, RD, CDN

 

Deborah has a passion for teaching others about nutrition and healthy lifestyles in an easy to understand manner. Her individualized plans help clients set achievable goals and make smart, healthy and delicious food choices, whether at home, work or a social gathering. Deborah has educated hundreds of adults and children on nutrition topics including diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, weight management, pregnancy and breastfeeding and general healthy diets.

 

In addition, Deborah has given nutrition and wellness lectures and provided counseling services to companies including Tiffany, BlackRock, Sotheby’s, NASDAQ and Roth Staffing.

 

Deborah graduated from Northwestern University, earned her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and completed her Dietetic Internship at NYU Langone Medical Center, where she currently works.

 

She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group, the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group and the Greater New York Dietetic Association.

 

She enjoys cooking for her husband and energetic son, practicing Pilates and writing for her blog.
